the right you have when yor are arested a police officer (5.0, one time, fuzz, heat, po pos) read to you. they were made when a man named miranda was arrested and he pleaded that he didnt know he didnt have to talk to the police( that he had the right to remain silent) so he was found inocent here are the miranda rights "You have the right to remain silent.
