Usually part of a slang statement used by advanced 2 to 5 year olds who are telling not asking and not looking for a yes or no or anything related to small talk they only need a nod or a let's go. And then they give smile of approval. Word originated from friends grandchild in a grocery store when child had a memory recall apon seeing me in my electric wheelchair from previous visit a month pryer and a race like track experience in and arround front yard of his grandmother's house. I gave him a ride on it and he found it to be a blast so now in isle of grocery store he screams to me ;" Megou and I replied me know you too! And he looked puzzled and after 3 tries megou,megou,megou, jumping up & down kicking toes of foot on ground looking down as if to say please fearing a letdown. his mom says he wants to go for a ride with you. OH!!! Now I understand
