Usually part of a slang statement used by advanced 2 to 5 year olds who are telling not asking and not looking for a yes or no or anything related to small talk they only need a nod or a let's go. And then they give smile of approval. Word originated from friends grandchild in a grocery store when child had a memory recall apon seeing me in my electric wheelchair from previous visit a month pryer and a race like track experience in and arround front yard of his grandmother's house. I gave him a ride on it and he found it to be a blast so now in isle of grocery store he screams to me ;" Megou and I replied me know you too! And he looked puzzled and after 3 tries megou,megou,megou, jumping up & down kicking toes of foot on ground looking down as if to say please fearing a letdown. his mom says he wants to go for a ride with you. Your description is right on, except in 1989 I named my daughter Kallen Mikel (www.kallenmikel.com/original-art). I thought I made up the name, but apparently, it originated as a boy's name in Greek and Hebrew. I first found this out in 2001 when I was traveling to Finland. In the 'tube food' section in a big Finnish supermarket there it was, a royal blue tube of salmon paste with a blonde-haired boy named Kallen! So now I have discovered that there are many Kallen's of both sexes. I want to buy her a cup, but it has 'him' on it. Is there any way you can make that a unisex description for both sexes? Just askin'. Being a Barbara (Barbs) myself ... a 'cake eater' from Edina, MN I had to ask ... haha ;-)
