A mega creep is a creep but worse. In a world of predators, he is an apex predator. Being attracted to someone in your age group & asking them out doesn't make someone creepy, wanting to violate them, touch and embrace them non-consensually, without emotional reason to, and being predatory does. When he sees a young couple, he doesn't admire & want to violate just one: he admires & wants to violate both.
