a drop-dead gorgeous, attractive, HOT, other-worldly, inconceivably beautiful, unfathomably attractive, sexy person of the male persuasion. They are often sighted internationally more than domestically, but it is not too uncommon to see an American meatpuck. Commonly found in Europe, specifically Paris. Often seen smoking foreign cigarettes or drinking exotic wine seductively. The appropriate response to a French meatpuck is something along the lines of "JE VEUX VOIR CET HOMME NU!" (Translation: "I want to see that man naked.") Derived from the "Epic Meal Time" term literally meaning "an extremely large puck of meat."
