This can be used to compliment someone in the highest regards by simply calling them a Maylum. The wardrobe of a Maylum typically consists of a vest and tie. Dress pants with a casual set of shoes. A Maylum usually surround themselves with sexy women who appears to be way out of their league, and always appear to be having the most fun out of everyone else around.
