Madisons are the kind people who know the differences between right and wrong. Sometimes they need slight nudges to get back on track, just as everyone does every now and then! However I asked him as follows: "Just checking ... their request for a review shows an aquamarine mug ... it was supposed to be purple (eggplant, they called it). Was it purple?"
