Lucy
Slang for acid/aka LSD. Rooted in the Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds." The bands description of the perfect "trip." The songs name uses the first letter of each noun to spell LSD. Though initially associated solely with LSD and still the most common association, it now can refer to any number of hallucinogenic drugs including but not limited to, mushrooms, DMT, 2CI, 2CB etc. Research points to an increase in empathy and an improved mood that can last for weeks to months depending on the user. Currently being explored through scientific studies in many nations as a promising treatment for PTSD and depression. Not a drug for children or amateurs and can backfire when not taken seriously or combinedwithother substances. Best experienced outside during the day and in a natural environment when possible. Commonly combined with anti anxiety medications like xanax or clonapin. This is frequently said to prevent negative thoughts from creeping into your mind causing the "bad trip" feared by so many, while allowing for a more pleasant visual, spiritual and connected experience. Lucy is everything all at once in the best possible way.
The Urban Dictionary Mug
Best mug i have ever purchased! Subscribe
I love it, but of course the definition Ichose for “Unicorn” is too long and gets cut off after “someone is remarkably attractive.” Is there any way to purchase a second mug that has the rest of the quote on it? They’d make a great set as a present. Please let me know. David Tillinghast dtilling480@gmail.com
"Turtle on my name". A tribute to the 50 odd years of misheard lyrics.
My friend couldn’t stop laughing when I gave it to him!
