Someone who doesn't know anything about money. 15. Someone who values the life of a tree or a dumb animal over the life of another human being, unless said human being happens to be a dangerous criminal, of course. 16. A Democrat. Fun Fact: Most Liberals are only Liberals until about the age of 25, then they start to grow up.
