Bodily position assumed by televised sports fans where the upper body and possibly the lower body are reclined and the fingers of both hands are laced together and set behind the head to support the head. ~Putting the feet up is an optional variation, though some people insist on its assumption. ~Some people also suggest that this position is not complete unless either 1) a large bowl of popcorn rests on the crotch, 2) A large mug of beer rests on the table beside the chair, couch, or bed on which the person is assuming the position, or both.
