ketogenic retard; normally used as a term against those who treat the keto diet as if it's the end all be all to weight loss and like calories mean nothing. Many ketards will act as if keto is the only diet that can or will work, and are quick to attack anybody who says otherwise or criticizes the diet. (I mean, let's be real: most people can't live the rest of their lives without any form of carbohydrates, and they're often times bound to gain back the weight they lost.) Ketard can also be used to describe a person who uses a lack of carbs as an excuse to overindulge on fats and other high-calorie meals, yet will still act above any other diets by citing those who have used low-carb diets to maintain a calorie deficit and truly lose weight to justify eating unhealthy foods like bacon-wrapped cheeseburgers cooked in extra grease (without the bun of course; carbs are the true enemy, don't forget!)

Great mug got one for my highschool crush
I was very pleased with the mug and I was thrilled that I could purchase a customized item that perfectly suited the person I was gifting. The only issue I had was that it didn't have the quote from the tv show the word came from as that was pictured on the mug prior to purchase.
