KCS
Short for Knee Cap Sex. One of the favorite activites of the South Park Marching Band since 2006ish. It was banned from the band on September 14th, 2007. However, illegal KCS groups still exist. KCS can be a fun and safe activity. Wearing KC condoms helps stop the spread of disease. Bondage and costumes are also used. Sadly, some individuals may become addicted to KCS.
