The word comes from two sections, Jizz and Bang. The first section Jizz is short for Jizzum which is another word for males sperm. And the second word, Bang means Explosion, which is when the male drops his load all over the chicks chest giving her a peral necklace. It can also be used as an insult, as in calling someone a jizzbanger.
