Some of the gossip, particularly targeting victims who shared a Play-by-Post Roleplaying setting with her, is particularly toxic and has caused some of the victims humiliation, the backlash from said libel has adversely affected their offline health and livelihood, but she shows zero remorse and zero intent to abstain from these behaviors.
