Someone who understands that if the speed limit is 45 you need to go at least 50, can handle a jughandle, and can parallel park at a moments notice. Basically, someone that can actually drive. Also, an aggressive driver who is not afraid to honk and give you the finger. A driver that will pass you in the no passing zone, cut you off, and then go slower than you originally were, just to piss you off because you have non-New Jersey tags.
