Jasper means “treasurer”, or it can be a different type of quarts, usually in the color red. So cool, right? But what it can also mean is “wise” and “caring”… at least to me, that is what I’ve learned from this special person I know who is named that. A sweet name for a sweet person. My treasure! Someone who deserves every good thing in the world, but someone super nonchalant and mysterious. Someone with a soft side that many get to see. Someone who makes my heart squeeze when thinking about all of our shenanigans. I love the name jasper. its so you.

this mug reminds me of my cat, it does nothing and cant pour me a nice cup of joe. It is horrible, it doesn't tell nor does it allow me sip on it. It stops me from drinking from it, its like the mug is trying to torture me.

This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
