A headache. Used when someone is being a nuisance. Derived from the Japanese words "一 (ichi)", meaning one, and "ピン (pin)", meaning pin, in the phrase "一ピンがするよ (ichi pin ga suru yo)", which loosely translates to "You're the number one pin in my head", icchipin together means "pin in my head". The extra c was added for extra coolness.
