The International Baccalaureate Program is an organization dedicated to helping and encouraging kids to have an overall average of at least 70% and higher. It lets students belive that they are part of a priviledged and elite society. That they are more intelligent beings. to people not in IB, they think students spend more then 19 hours on work/ education, a day. This can be true depending on what level your in but very not likely.mif that happened your rather in a high grade past highschool or are too slow for the IB program, and are not keeping up. the IB program is for only the students who CAN keep up. Again if your not in the IB program you might say "wow they have no social life, they spent all there time working" but that's just proving the point that not everyone can balance the IB program into there everyday life. A student who is properly settled and who is right for the program will be able to balance her/his time wisely, as being balanced Is one of the IB learner profiles/ attributes. Also depending on what school the student came from they might have developed an adittude of "IB students are better". This is completely normal, because you have to try out for the IB, and if you don't get in your stuck in regular, as a "last choice".
