a "hillbilly" is a racial or stereo-type word used to describe people from the west or south to fall back to the stereo type definition were they are Lazy, stupid, love hunting, drink beer, have no job, fish, dont brush there teeth, carry a shotgun. It mostly is related to the word Redneck. The word hillbilly originally came from a billy goat that lived on a hill and was lazy as fuck, didnt fit in, eventually the goat was shot.
