High Win Syndrome
Intentionally being targeted by multiple other players in a video game for having more experience, a higher amount of wins, a better rank than others, or anything that would immediately make them a prime target for elimination for no good reason other than to annoy them or cause them to stagnate in progress. Prime examples where this would occur are games with a leaderboard, or where you can see another player's stats, and/or where doing such actions would not be punishable in any way, such as games that don't reprimand players for trolling and harassment.
