Heterosocial
Someone with a tendency or preference to form platonic relationships with the opposite gender, such as close friendships. To reiterate, a relationship is not a heterosocial one if the relationship is sexual or romantic in nature. The LGBTQ+ community does not officially include social identities. Nor would it be identified as queer if it were to enter their community, but it is gradually considering accepting social identities under their umbrella to help fight against discrimination.
