It may be an aggressive blink as if ones eyes were taking a picture or a repeated look of surprise or maybe an uncontrollable thrusting of the hips or as serious as a full body seizure( like how Elaine on Seinfeld dances) Some may throw their arms around as if they're stranded on an island and trying to get a boats attention It's not contagious but procede with caution because these people are often paranoid and may suddenly go on a high speed chase all by themselves. This cute mug reminded me of a quote from an obscure biography I found quite by accident in a tiny hole-in-the-wall 2nd hand shop in Portland, ME in 1987: 'The Life and Times of Lazarus of Bethany'.
