An art highschool located in Lakeland, FL thats open to any student in Polk County whos smart enough to figure out how to apply (ps, most people there arent.) the school has twelve different departments, with orchestra being the worst, but to be fair theres not much of a difference between orchestra and the other departments, they’re all filled with the same breed of kids, rich white kids who think that they’re better than everyone, and that they’ll do something significant with their lives just because they can draw (spoiler alert: they wont.) Harrison is the sister school of Lakeland Senior High.

(It's a long story, how "Garlic and Water" means this, but that's the fun of it.)
