God, there are already so many great definitions out there, but I don't think any of them describe him right... Then again, we're all talking about different people, right? Anyways, I believe that Harley is someone who lives for the fun. He can be an ass sometimes, but he almost never means any harm by it. He gets in trouble a lot, but he really has the best intentions. Harley tends to have a hard time turning down a good time, though, and it often gets him in trouble. He has a thing for annoying girls, only to flirt afterwards. He's very touchy-feely, but doesn't let it show. He might act all big and bad, but really, he's kind of a little bitch- Harley may seem like he's okay, like there's nothing wrong and all of that, but truly, he's just really good at hiding it. He has a scent like no other and eyes that are even more illuminating then the night sky itself. He also has a really cocky personality, and honestly, he's kind of a player. Harley is someone to be loved, someone to be cherished, and your time with him should never be wasted. He may love to push your buttons, but in the long run, he's nice to have around.
