Halley is a name that is given to someone that is extremely persevering, strong, and loving. They are absolutely perfect, but not the normal perfection. It’s their flaws and ability to never give up that make them perfect. They are always willing to take the first step and be the bigger person. They are excellent at talking to others and making sure that everyone feels included. She is quite simply the most beautiful girl in the world, she doesn’t need to wear make up however she really enjoys doing it. She’s super outgoing in everything that she does, always looking for others to talk to. She dabbles in quite a few things however her heart will always lie with that one special hobby that she has dedicated many years to. If you find a Halley be sure to never let them go.
