A self-proclaimed expert on a subject he/she has absolutely no idea about, yet uses an unsuspecting and gullible paying customer for shit-tons of their money while doing nothing but drinking beer and contemplating nonsense, justifying the insane amount of time it takes him/her to fix something that should be a matter of minutes with the complicated procurement of spare parts. Hackfrauds can be found in all layers of society causing major delays in construction projects and ridiculous dimensions of public spending - tax payer money that might as well have been flushed down the toilet.
