Grizzco Industries is a company in Splatoon 3, the company is ran by Mr. Grizz, a bear who is collecting golden eggs for his own personal goals, anonymous to most if not all residents of Splatoon Grizzco hires inklings and octolings to collect golden eggs in salmon run for various rewards through Grizzco's point reward system, rewarding workers with capsules that contain money, gear, or other various items. Grizzco Industries can be found in Inkopolis plaza, Inkopolis square, and Splatsville. Grizzco as well modifies existing weapons that have a chance to be swapped in for regular weapons during salmon run shifts, with the weapons being questionably legal.
