South East Pennsylvania slang for pissed off, irritable, and having a problem with everything and everyone. If someone is acting gressive, they'll be on edge and likely pop off really easy. Usually comes from being humiliated, embarrassed, judged, or just from a shitty day. Originated from the word 'aggressive'
