Gregtharsis

Gregtharsis or Gregging as its "commonly" used for (Not to be confused with the kink) is a mental state of pure rage. Being different from regular rage, gregging is just focusing all of your emotions into a postal, even cathartic state of mind. Gregging forces one to only focus on gregging to achieve the said cathartic state, building rage to achieve a specific thing. Gregging usually is harvest in a vengeful or lethargic state, making it easier to focus on gregging.
