Galactic Senate
At the height of its rule, the Galactic Republic was governed by a body of Senators representing the many worlds of the galaxy. Within the cavernous Senate rotunda, hundreds of politicians would fill the viewing platforms that lined the curved walls. When a Senator wished to speak, the platform would detach and float to the center of the auditorium for all to see. As the Republic grew, so too did graft and corruption. Like the greatest of trees, able to withstand attack from the outside, the Republic began to rot from within. Interest in the common good fell to individual agendas. Senators accumulated wealth and influence by exploiting a bureaucracy too bloated and sluggish to stop them. This all changed when Palpatine declared himself Emperor and instituted a New Order. He did away with the corruption, and by the time of the Galactic Civil War, the Senate was disbanded.

I love the fact that I was able to customize my name since I've never been able to find anything with my name. The only downside is it's smaller than I thought it would be (I guess I didn't pay much attention to that), wish it was bigger, only about 10 oz total.
It's simply awesome; and plus, the word means a lot.

Awesome mug feels really nice good weight and color although I think the shade could be a little brighter when it comes to the highlighter yellow, I am still pleased with the outcome and the fact that a whole passage was so neatly printed onto the product, very pleased with the packaging too! That made it so easy to wrap just in time for Christmas. Who knew!!
