FOA
An acronym standing for "Fucking Olympic Asshole." Refers to any of the multitude of non-residents that congregate in a city hosting the Olympic Games, but especially those behaving in an obnoxious manner or disrupting the lives of locals. Less commonly, a person employed in planning or hosting the Olympics. Not to be confused with its homonym standing for "Fresh Off Airplane," although these terms can in some cases correctly apply to the same individual.
