A word use to describe obsessed Hillary Clinton supporters who rant and rave that she should be President of the United States regardless of her lack of experience, dependancy on the Clinton name, her unethical tatics to win, and self interest motivatopm. Hillary floons will viciously bash any opponents that compete against her and win over her. The word floon is a combination of the word loon like "looney tunes" and the vulgar word "fucking" together it forms the urban word f'loon. Often said plural and without the apostrophe "floons".
