filipino-american person who wants to be black(related to wigger) they're excused and are more respected then wiggers because they are people of color,and look more black naturally and are closer to black people then whites. thats not a good excuse! they are still asian/pacific islander, and they should act like themselves, not take on another culture. normally figgers are totally ignorant of filipino culture, or are think their culture is boring-well it kind of is.
