This term is used in reference to the size of a woman’s labia majora aka the outer lips of the vulva. A fat pussy means only the outer lips are visible so the labia minora, clitoris, and vaginal opening are not out in the open. A fat pussy may also have a plump Mona pubis, which is the area below the hips but above the labia (where a lot of the pubic hair grows).
