Eizz is some kind of word to describe inner strenghtness of mentallity .Whoever got named with Eizz (for boys only) he is the guy that have awesome personality and used to work hard in silent without anybody notice it . He will always be calm down when situation gets hard but sometimes once he can't take it anymore then it will be a disaster that cause everybody around him got hurt by physically or mentally.
