Egg Tea Makes 1 Serving 1 tsp. loose leaf black tea or 1 black tea bag 1 cup water 1 egg or 1 egg yolk Sugar to taste Boil water. Add the tea leaves/tea bag to the water and let it steep for 5 minutes. While the tea is steeping, place the raw egg/egg yolk and sugar in the bottom of a teacup. Mix until frothy. Strain the tea leaves or remove the tea bags from the tea mixture. Slowly pour the prepared hot tea into the teacup with the egg mixture, stirring constantly. Serve.
