An individual who can be classified as messy, disorganized, key losing, joint smoking (more than acceptable), nose breaking, Zeus punching, Dirty Bishoping, Hot Carling, Mangina presenting, Dirty Harrying, usually Serbian sonofabitch. Some common indicators of a Dumpstar include the following: Food and dishes strewn about/Clothes hapazardly placed in high traffic areas/ lots and lots of roaches in the ashtray/really loud noises(this may or may not be at odd hours of the night)/broken shit everywhere/holes in walls, etc.
