(dee-j-bee) abbreviation for 1. dreaded jiz buildup. Condition associated when a male is unable to score sexually. Generally triggered by female PMS syndrome or resulting from inappropriate male behavior towards female partner. Basically, a man’s worst nightmare. The symptoms of DJB include light to heavy irritability, fatigue, emotional distress, and less commonly depression.
