Abbroviation of disabled. Term was used by Release Groups to discribe an unlimited download account of someone, who was trading cracked (DRM removed) software in a Bulletin Board System (BBS) in the 80s and 90s. Mainly, those BBS used ratios to regulate the download and upload rates of a scene member. When the ratio was disabled, the member could download an unlimited amount of files. Today, FTP sites are being used instead of local Bulletin Board Systems. The principle of a ratio still remains, but the term dizzy is not being used no more.
