A person that is known for being the biggest tree lover pothead at state. When he’s not out there killing his lungs out he’s out there getting a trim on his sweet ass combover. It is said that, that sweet combover of his is the envy of his whole pledge class and even the brothers since it is snatching all the ladies away. Devin is also a hard worker which is why he works at the local BJ’s either giving and receiving BJ’s for them hard tips. One things for sure Devin will always have two things on his hand either his trusty skateboard or a fat doobie hence those are the things he most cherishes.
