He makes a good first impression on everyone he meets, his charming manners is what does it. When he is with people he feels comfortable with, things change quickly. Devin is pretty freaky. He most likely is obsessed with anime and is athletic af. They can be either amazing, or shitty friends. Devin's won't always answer your messages, because of how busy he is or just because he doesn't feel like it. He likes power, and can get hurt easily. They hate expressing their feelings but they do get angry easily.
