Depression
Depression is different than feeling depressed. In fact, the exact definition is this: "a mental condition characterized by feelings of severe despondency and dejection, typically also with feelings of inadequacy and guilt, often accompanied by lack of energy and disturbance of appetite and sleep." You can feel depressed and not have depression, and having a mood swing doesn't mean you have depression. Also, you don't necessarily have depression if you have all of these symptoms, it's better to check with a doctor.
