You want to find someone to hug and hold, but you push people away. Running away and self-harm feel like the only antidote. Depression is one of main cause of suicide. You feel like there's no one there and no one cares. Depression is like living in hell, in a fire pit. You feel like your having a heart attack. You are so hurt that you start to not care about emotions. You start to forget how to feel other emotions.
