Deadbeat
A person who has more than one child but custody of none. Said person also moves from house to house either with his significant other for the time (until it's no longer) or with family members, or with a houseful of people not fit to raise children. A person who doesn't pay bills in his name. A high school dropout that will never contribute to society in any way shape or form. A person that when in public people avoid due to embarrasemt. Said person also sees his kids only when it's convenient for them or if it benefits them in anyway.
