it is a specific move that can be done off of diving boards or over waves. This move is usually done by someone who is very athletic and coordinated and can only be perfectly executed by the legendary. It consists of a front flip with a 180. During the flip you must tuck your heels to your ass and hold them with one hand and have your other hand holding your head to your chest. It is a beautiful and graceful move.
