DARE (Drug - Abuse - Resistance - Education) some dumb programme telling kiddos not to do drugs and Marijuana. also, it says to be nice to people or else they'll secretly hate you. also no bulling. Actually, Marijuana kills absolutely no one. I mean, that doesn't mean it perfectly safe. smoking weed under the age of 25 can lead to memory problems and stoof. if your an adult, it's really your choice. Bulling is bad tho, don't do.
