He is not clean for the most part and has a strange addiction to wearing flannel shirts. Carl is definently a dog person and loves german shepards. Overall, Carl is a very strange man.

Everytime he hears a young boy is misbehaving he will threaten to drag there face along a brick wall whilst yelling at them for being scum. His personality can be dry at times however it's usually because no one wants to here about his day at work and how dusty he is.
