Stands for Constitutional Sheriff's Peace Officers Association. A group of dirty cops nationwide who believe in the Constitution, as they interpret it, not the Supreme Court. They advocate for the dissolution of the USA by separating into 50 sovereign states. An anti-government extremist movement inside our law enforcement agencies who believe that constitutional rights only apply to them, not anyone else.
