Or maybe just being crazy and drunk. In addition to saying the phrase, the accompanying hand motion is equally as important As defined by the phrase creator: A celebratory gesture made by one (or in some cases many) person(s), by raising one hand to make a 90 degree angle of the arm — usually meant to indicate to spectators mutual acknowledgment of what time it is, and placing the other hand firmly on the axis of the 90 degree angle. With the hand that is extended into the air, a staccato downward motion towards the opposite elbow is made, making the performer appear to be "crunk," or to be miming a malfunctioning clock. this mug reminds me of my cat, it does nothing and cant pour me a nice cup of joe. It is horrible, it doesn't tell nor does it allow me sip on it. It stops me from drinking from it, its like the mug is trying to torture me.
