Crapcummer
A person who excretes crap from their gonads when cumming. The pathology of the condition stems from an advanced manifestation of douchebaggery in the host. This, along with an early onset of thirst, starts rotting the host’s internal organs. When it reaches the gonads, the host will no longer be able to produce regular bodily fluids from the respective organ, but instead will produce poop from there. Thus during the last stages of intercourse, the host will literally cum crap. This could potentially lead to UTI’s, which would be the least of the host’s problems.
